Does no one answer the phones at this branch??? I’ve called numerous times after visiting the branch yesterday and paying my car loan off and now on the app it shows as the money being withdrawn from the branch and not put towards my auto loan.
A CD maturing and not being rolled over should not require an appointment with a banker. Having opted to waste my time with an appointment, the least they could do was to be on time. As of this momemt, they are 23 minutes late and counting. Other banks dont require this but this is deficit and does.
Always pleasently helpful and friendly and accommodating to my needs
