Excellent customer service experience.
I have been to dozens of Wells Fargos all cross the country and I have never ever experienced one as terrible as this location. I don’t whether it’s discrimination or what but this place literally refuses my deposits into my own account on the daily. They tell me they cannot accept so many deposits because they are too busy (which they are not theres never even a line) so they tell me to night drop it. This Wells Fargo is close to my house and would be so convenient, except for every single time that I attempt to deposit checks or cash to the ATM it either won’t allow deposits or the machine crashes. I have never had this issue at other branches. So frustrating.
