Marc helped my wife and I with statements and a letter which helped ease our minds as we purchase our first home. The process is stressful but Marc really helped make this as smooth as possible. The staff is insightful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We will be coming back again :)
I have never had a problem with this location. Amy is so kind and always is super helpful. Maybe in years past the negative reviews didn’t come in contact with Amy but she’s always so pleasant to me and isn’t annoyed when I bring all my one dollar bills that she probably has to count. I’ve been to other locations and I have had a terrible time so I don’t doubt that these reviews could possibly be true since they took their time to write about it but this one is good. How about this, I came to close out a safety deposit box on behalf of a deceased individual, and the manager, FRAN, slid the box out, placed it on the table, and proceeded to open it and look inside herself. Absolute truth. I was speechless.
Poor poor customer service. I went to make a deposit inside. Very quite, no customers waiting or doing transaction (12/29/2022) There was a teller who did not acknowledge or care for about 10 minutes. I finally walked off, I felt my time or business was of no importance for Wells Fargo . I felt that I should choose another bank. Totally disappointed, I can understand if they were busy. I was the only customer. Not even one star rating.
