Walked into the lobby at 1:06 pm, the lobby was empty, no customers, no traffic whatsoever and I informed the teller we were wanting to open a teen banking account and she said "we prefer you make an appointment because we are all booked for the day" and proceeded to say something as we took a look around at the EMPTY BANK and no one at anyones desk, and we just turned and walked out. I came in to the offices because the court need my statement account for 2023 and the employee Asiatic sent to librery 😂😂 because I don’t have print in my home. , and print and pay for all pages !!!REALY !!!!! Or the other option. I need wait 1 week for receive on my email 🤦🏽♀️. I can give. 0000000000000000000000000 the bad customer services. Only give problem NO Solution. Thank you for Nothing
