I am sitting for one hour just for what transfer one banker was busy the rest of them free talking to each other. They don’t care about the customer the management is awful I advise to go another place instead of this place.
Very unprofessional staff
Terrible customer service. Couldn't even pull out a measly $4k from my account because they didn't have any money. No manager on site just my time wasted. Thanks for waiting my time Omar.
This is absolutely by far the worst Wells Fargo bank. I tried to cash a handwritten. Check from a little old lady that I work for and because she used a different pin to sign the pay to the order of they refused to cash it. So I had to go get her and write a new one. Then they didn't want to accept that. Check because again. The penmanship didn't match when it was her writing. And so when I tried to call them from inside the bank so they could get her approval, they refused to accept that. And then I had her rewrite another ... read more
The worst bankers I have ever met. I came 3 times to resolve the issue and never received adequate help, I went to the branch at Sunrise and everything was at the highest level there
