Wells Fargo count your days.. I drove to this atm after driving more than an hour all around SJ and Santa Clara to find an atm with cash. Major inconvenience with my daughter crying in the back seat. After 10 + years of being a loyal customer I’m done..
They lost a customer because I couldn't walk in wanting to open an account.... They told me that I had to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks in order to open an account on the day of appointment,🤬
Great staff, friendly
I had it enough of this location. This is the fourth time I made an appointment and it is the worst please to do business. I have been loyal customer for 22 years with Wells Fargo and I am done with this branch. The staff is very disrespectful and don’t care of any customers. I will never step in to this branch again.
