I had to do a domestic wire transfer to purchase a home (literally takes 5 min). The branch manager (Angelica) said I have no availability, instead of taking 5 min to help me, she sent me to another branch. I also noted that I was on business travel and it would require me to Uber as I did not have a rental car either. And I also told her that if I don’t complete a wire, I would have to redo loan docs. Wells Fargo count your days.. I drove to this atm after driving more than an hour all around SJ and Santa Clara to find an atm with cash. Major inconvenience with my daughter crying in the back seat. After 10 + years of being a loyal customer I’m done..
They lost a customer because I couldn't walk in wanting to open an account.... They told me that I had to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks in order to open an account on the day of appointment,🤬
