What is the point of having licensed bankers and a 40-year veteran Mortgage Banker Dad if there are not any mortgage protections in place for women who are stay at home moms. My husband passed away at 54 suddenly and was the sole income provider for our family and there wasn’t any life insurance or mortgage insurance protection. Yes, I’m referring to Ron Chicaferro and his wife Kathy of Scottsdale.
Only one personal banker. So long wait to do anything that an ATM cannot. Employees are inexperienced and not particularly knowledgeable.
Went into this branch yesterday to resolve two issues that we could not do online. We were greeted warmly, sat down in an office and the two of them quickly resolved our issues and took care of the charges that were due. Made me realize there really still is a place for physical branches. Felt very taken care of and will go again as needed.
unfortunately this location has gone down hill of late. Service is painfully slow. Surprisingly they ran out of cash last time I went in to cash a check!
