Went into this branch yesterday to resolve two issues that we could not do online. We were greeted warmly, sat down in an office and the two of them quickly resolved our issues and took care of the charges that were due. Made me realize there really still is a place for physical branches. Felt very taken care of and will go again as needed.
unfortunately this location has gone down hill of late. Service is painfully slow. Surprisingly they ran out of cash last time I went in to cash a check!
Slow service, this branch was awesome and now super slow. I’ve banked with wells Fargo for many years. Time to bank elsewhere.
Even though I came in first I was told to wait while they took care of people that came after me that I guess looked more important. I'm a Hispanic male and I came in during my lunch break just to be pushed to the side.
