Very unprofessional!!!! Worst bank ever!!!
I was here 6 minutes after opening and there was no line to speak to a teller, my services were quickly completed.
My BF had a check from Wells Fargo. However, she was in a rehabilitation facility & needed to cash the check. The Wells Fargo on White Horse Pike always gives her a hard time. She is in there for 40 minutes all the time. Frustrating!! And she has 2 open accounts w/them. She had approval for me to take her to the bank. She broke her hip & femur. We needed a drive-thru, but at this location, it was closed. I pulled my car onto their sidewalk right in front of the entrance doors and went inside for a wheelchair, no go. This wom... read more
My work does business with this location since before covid. The staff is AMAZING! Like the rest of the world they have been understaffed at times, but even then the employees are friendly, accommodating and genuine. What more could you ask for?
Always loved having a local branch, and the people there are friendly and accommodating but recently they changed their hours and no longer are open on Saturdays. For a style of bank that doesn't have late hours it's very inconvenient not to have Saturday hours now. They are also under staffed so sometimes the drive thru isn't open.
