Worst experience. It felt like the staff were just on their phones getting paid—nobody wanted to help or do business, and the office was basically empty, with people sitting around looking at their phones. I went in to open an account at 4:30, and they told me they don’t help anyone within 30 minutes of closing. If that’s the case, update your hours to 4:20 PM, because you won’t assist anyone after that time. I’ve never seen a bank branch so unwilling to help customers.
Horrible customer service
Can't deposit checks into the ATM. What is the point of having an ATM then?
