Today I went to the bank to cash a check that was made from Wells Fargo. I do not have an account with this bank. I was simply trying to cash a check written from their bank and they wanted to charge me $10! ridiculous. Corporate greed!!
I had a great experience when I came in to deal with my Mom’s account. Sierra was very caring and compassionate and worked with me to find a solution to my problem. I really appreciate that everyone I came into contact with was very concerned about my time.
This Wells Fargo branch is beyond bad. I have never dealt with more inept ignorant bank tellers. The branch manager is not much better. How any of these people have jobs is beyond me. Customer service, there is none. Professionalism, nope. Avoid this branch at all costs. If I could’ve rated them no stars and posted this review I surely would have.
