Such terrible customer service, especially from Ashley, not sure if she’s a Teller or a supervisor but this needs to be better. Hoboken is the closest branch to me but I prefer going to the location in Jersey City with how much better their customer service is over there. With the kind of attitude she has, I don’t understand how she is in the banking industry. Definitely horrible on that end. With a customer facing role, it is disgusting how he treats customers like this.

Stopped here after work to put money in my mothers account had cash but they told me that I needed a money order to deposit money into my mothers account 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤬 Went to a much better location and they did it no problem I guess it was too much to do after just sitting there all afternoon
