They can delete the POA paperwork, but not a dead person without a call oversees for “Approval”. Someone should look into who, at that branch,hit “DELETE” on the above.
This bank while it has some positives does not get the better review for a couple reasons. I have a POA and trust account there and despite having the official probate letter and certificates I paid for to address all matters for my deceased mother they have not allowed me access. My attorney now has to call the bank and speak to their legal department because the branch and their corporate support do not know what they are doing.
