Representative don't listen
Absolute worst bank experience we’ve ever had. Went in to open an account with a large cashiers check. We were turned away stating we needed to have an appointment maybe check back tomorrow or next week, but the guy who walked in after us just walked up to one of the offices with no appointment and she put him ahead of the line. Guess you have to know someone to bank here, but I promise you, we won’t be.
