I would advise against dealing with this bank at all costs. I’m in the process of taking over my elderly father’s finances. First off on their investment side of things, my father rolled over 500,000$ in 2018 into one of their IRA investment accounts. It unfortunately for our family has somehow not grown at all. Added my spouse to account so she can have access to international funds ordered. Instructed by the bank to place the order ( under my name FIRST). I’m unable to pick up funds and bank won’t allow my spouse to pick up since she didn’t place order. Thanks a lot for telling me to do it in this order WF. Unreal. I’ll take my money elsewhere

I have had several experiences at this branch where the officers are just not helpful. When I walked into the bank today they were chatting, but said I would need to make an appointment because they were just too busy. My question took about three minutes to answer. I talked to the branch on Bellview (Isaiah ) who took time and was incredibly helpful.

I wanted to say that Kyle was very helpful at this location. I have been trying to get older statements and he actually followed through. Other bankers have been very dismissive and it is appreciated. It’s a lot of statements and other bankers have not followed through to help me. So thank you Kyle.
