Phoenix was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I liked the service.
I have had several experiences at this branch where the officers are just not helpful. When I walked into the bank today they were chatting, but said I would need to make an appointment because they were just too busy. My question took about three minutes to answer. I talked to the branch on Bellview (Isaiah ) who took time and was incredibly helpful.
I wanted to say that Kyle was very helpful at this location. I have been trying to get older statements and he actually followed through. Other bankers have been very dismissive and it is appreciated. It’s a lot of statements and other bankers have not followed through to help me. So thank you Kyle.
Kristen was very polite and helpful.
Amazing staff! Hopefully our existence will be better then the ones we seen on these reviews.
