Bad customer service, they don't help the customer.
This is the worst bank that I ever dealt with in my life, I came in at 9am when they opened to cash a check for work and they had me waiting until 10am trying to "verify the check" and still told me that they were unable to verify the check, on top of all of this, my customer told me that they never even talked to a bank teller, the bank teller was fake talking to my customer for 30 minutes and just completely lying to me, This bank has the worst customer service that i've ever seen, if you value your time and money do not c... read more
I attempted to initiate a bank wire online, only to be redirected to a branch because the amount exceeded their arbitrary limit. Upon arrival, I was appalled to discover that no bankers would assist me without an appointment. To make matters worse, no appointments were available within a 50-mile radius. The staff's response? I have had nothing but issues with Wells Fargo. The customer service is abysmal; every time I call, I end up on hold for over an hour, only to be transferred multiple times without any resolution. The fees are outrageous and seemingly arbitrary—there's a fee for everything! I’ve been hit with overdraft fees even when I had enough funds in my account, and disputing these charges is a nightmare.
