People need to wake up! This is no longer Serving the people but controlling the people! I went to this bank at 11:20AM Saturday morning they close at 12:00pm and they already had their door LOCKED while personal was inside doing NOTHING! as im there another 3 people were parking to come in, everyone was so upset, this is trash! All they do is limit you and charge you fees for ANYTHING!
I went to this branch at about 2 PM to open a CD. I was told I needed to wait about 15 minutes that both of the bankers were busy with customers. After a half hour wait, one of the bankers was finally freed up, but she didn't call me in. She went to the private room behind the tellers station. I waited for another 15 minutes but she did not return. So after a total 45 minutes wait, I left and went to Valley Bank. They took me immediately, opened the CD and I was out of there in 15 minutes.
