Clean. Easy in & out. Two 24-hr indoor ATMs next to Thriftway grocery. Super efficient, knowledgeable, and personable bank employees.
Went in to open a new checking account, as I received a bonus offer. I was asked to wait. Then told they had no time to help me and they let me know I could schedule something for the future or drive to another branch. Was not impressed with the level of service or the staffing at this branch. Will be keeping my accounts where they are.
I had a Wells Fargo account that I inherited and needed to close. Cristina, the branch manager, and Lidija were extremely helpful, kind and compassionate during this process. Outstanding customer service - especially considering I do not have my own Wells Fargo account. Exceptional people to work with!
Stopped by while I was in town, and I was surprised at how great the staff was! Such a great experience! Wish they worked where I lived. lol super helpful and friendly. All around great experience
The atm here said I took out $400 but didn’t dispense the money so I turned again and it gave $300 but said I took out $700. The lady working there was very sweet and kind she called it in right away when I explained to her what happened and they made a case. The next day the money was credited back into my account so very thankful for the lady being there to help me and greatly appreciate her patience helping me get my money back.
