I had a very disappointing experience today at the Wells Fargo branch in Carrollton. I sent one of my employees, who is an authorized signer on my account, to handle a transaction and get a cashier’s check. Despite his name being clearly listed on the account, the staff refused to serve him or provide any information. They completely ignored the fact that he is a signer. The representative who assisted me, Brian Limon, treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism that is unacceptable.
