The Lady was Awesome and very Helpful
Long story short. I went inside to send a wire transfer without an appointment. I was initially told it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting, I was then told that I would not be helped and I needed to make an appointment. While waiting for my ride, another banker noticed that I didn't look happy. He went and personally asked another employee to assist me. Lina Martinez came to the rescue and helped me send the wire transfer. She was knowledgeable, polite, and efficient.
