Consistently understaffed. 3x “premier” banking personnel on site but only 1x person at the counter- line backed up to 10+ people. This is not sustainable - chase down the street has 6x people and 3x tellers moving the line quickly.
Spacious lobby and helpful banking assistance
So rude Matthew not appreciate your incompetence. Come here save yourself time. Location is terrible.
Least bothered to attend customers who wait in tellers line for more than 20-30 min.. not sure why to visit this branch when there is poor customer service. Happened to visit this branch to do a deposit and I hate to wait for more than 25 min
