I’ve had a great experience with this Wells Fargo branch. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. They answer my questions, make banking easy, and always treat me with respect. The branch is clean and well organized. I highly recommend this branch if you’re looking for great customer service!
The banker Mathew Villapando was very rude, and unprofessional. He made the visit unpleasant and unhelpful. I am only leaving a comment here because he did not want to provide me with his managers email.
Lena is AMAZING. I had a couple of issues with a check & she went above and beyond for me. Shes super pretty and sweet. Ill always come back here just to see her (:
I had a very disappointing experience today at the Wells Fargo branch in Carrollton. I sent one of my employees, who is an authorized signer on my account, to handle a transaction and get a cashier’s check. Despite his name being clearly listed on the account, the staff refused to serve him or provide any information. They completely ignored the fact that he is a signer.
