Worst customer service ever especially from Matthew, so unprofessional and rude Well to be honest all three off the man are rude even the manager was rude not sure how they where even hired they do not know how to deal with customers
Consistently understaffed. 3x “premier” banking personnel on site but only 1x person at the counter- line backed up to 10+ people. This is not sustainable - chase down the street has 6x people and 3x tellers moving the line quickly.
Spacious lobby and helpful banking assistance
So rude Matthew not appreciate your incompetence. Come here save yourself time. Location is terrible.
