The manager at that location is horrible rude not professional and suck . Know dealerships and he treats my employees terrible when they go cash it . He’s nasty I wouldn’t keep him there he should be terminated
Unprofessional and Aggressive Branch Manager – Poor Service Overall I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this Wells Fargo branch. The branch manager was completely unprofessional — disrespectful from the start, raised his voice at me, acted aggressively as if he wanted to fight, and even tried to kick me out of the branch without cause. STAFF IS HORRIBLE AND RUDE. It’s awful that customer service isn’t an important factor for you guys. It’s crazy how I don’t even have an account here but my mother does and I just wish she could make switch from this horrible bank. Maybe if your tellers took other class in communication, I would see and hear better things from this bank. Such a shame I can’t give ZERO STARS.
If I could give this bank 0 stars I would First time going into this particular branch I wanted to withdraw from my employee debit card and I was told by teller that I couldn't use my skylight card I ask for manager who whose name is Victor was the absolute worst customer service was horrible let me not forget I've been a customer with Wells Fargo for over 10 years I had my Id my bank card plus app on my phone with my name and account and was still told I could not withdraw from my employee debit card which tells you that yo... read more
