Best Bank customer service ive ever had, 5 star, premium top shelf stuff. Super kind and helpfull, never demeaning. I dont know a lot and I always get confused but these guys always keep me on track and understand my finances, especially joshua, definitely a once in a generation front desk talent, hardworking, curtious, fast. And not too bad on the eyes if I say so myself. Amazing establishment, amazing staff. If you live in blanding this is the bank for you!!!!!
The ATM experience has deteriorated significantly over the last few years. Getting down to the tasks I need takes twice as long for no apparent tech reason. Most of that time is wasted on advertising that we are forced to endure. This puts us all at risk, needlessly, while we are forced to wait on commercials from WFB before we can walk away from the ATM.

The staff is very friendly and helpful they got me set up with just what I needed.
