5 stars for Natacha, Natacha needs to be promoted. She is doing her job very well. And one star for the lady I have no her name. But the manager needs to go check the cameras. She needs to be retrained. My bank account has no debit card. I use my ID to withdraw money every week, in and out won’t be exceeded 5 mins. This lady took me 15 mins, asked me to re-sign my name, asked me to fill the business name, kept asking me to verify my business address. I differentiate between the branch and WF as a whole. I found this branch to have extremely courteous and helpful personnel.
Seriously, please fix your ATMs.It hasnt worked for a couple weeks.... I do all my business banking after bank hours and having no ATM is an issue I sent this review to the email that was provided.
Really slow. Took more than 30 minutes to process the deposit. They need to make their system faster
