I differentiate between the branch and WF as a whole. I found this branch to have extremely courteous and helpful personnel.
Seriously, please fix your ATMs.It hasnt worked for a couple weeks.... I do all my business banking after bank hours and having no ATM is an issue I sent this review to the email that was provided.
Really slow. Took more than 30 minutes to process the deposit. They need to make their system faster
To be honest, I went in with low expectations based on my experiences with banks thus far, but I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were! I was able to quickly and easily accomplish what I needed to do. Shout-out to Suneet, Carlos, and especially Bill for going above and beyond to provide a great first experience at Wells Fargo!
Long wait th the only teller while internal banking was done using the same teller. We all waited for over 30 minutes.
