This was a very disappointing experience with the services at this Wells Fargo location. I scheduled online for an appointment at 3 PM. I arrived at 2:50 PM and was greeted by one of the staff members. I informed her that I have an appointment and she said that someone would be with me soon. I waited for 15 minutes with no service from any of the branch employees. This is hands down the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever dealt with. The experience was so consistently poor that I ultimately had to close all of my accounts. There’s an obvious reason why they have such a high turnover rate with their bankers, people don’t stay long in toxic environments.
