If I could give zero stars I would. This bank is the least customer service oriented company I’ve ever dealt with. I had a change order with my deposit. They gave me the incorrect change back. When I went to get it fixed they refused to give me the correct change without my id, didn’t realize the mistake until I got back to my office and went back without my purse. Thinking they would correct their mistake. I just wanted smaller bills. Left and went to bank of JH and walked in with a fifty got smaller bills without question.... read more

I've been with WF for over 20 years because they do such an awesome job. Gisela was able to Notarize a document for me at 4:52pm on a Friday and we had a great conversation the entire time. Way to go Wells Fargo, keep up the great work and thank you for hiring great people! More like 10 stars!!!
