Flippant, unprofessional & arguementive. Had a difficult time cashing checks after being a customer of wells fargo for decades
Terrible customer service. The accounts rep has zero personality and is not helpful. Has a scoul on her face the whole time I was with her
Great bank very safe very accessible has ATM and drive-through
Nice branch. Would like to see more tellers
Been to this location 3x since January to close an account as my mother passed. Every time I'm there, nobody is available to close an account. Sure if I said open an account, the 3 tellers that were sitting there would have jumped to help. Will go to another branch to close it and will never use Wells Fargo ever again. Will recommend other banks to people in the future.
