We received exceptional service from Tricia Freeman for a complex family matter. She devoted additional time to solve several complex legal issues I was having for two vulnerable members of my family. Her knowledge and professionalism was impressive. The number of ways WF scams us is astounding and I didn't know until I was taught this and actually looked myself. Wells Fargo changed me over $4,000 (over approximately 10 years) to keep my accounts open with their "fees". There are SO many quality banks and credit unions out there that won't scam you. Don't bank with Wells Fargo!!!! My teenage daughter had fraud on her account and instead of helping her they locked her account and would not let her close it said they will send her a check for what is left in her account in a few weeks and that she will need to bank with someone else. Update still no check and the account is closed! I've called and emailed, And have gotten nowhere. My teenage daughter is out almost $900
