Zero stars, actually. Since last October I have been attempting to make a complete balance payment in order to close my credit card account. This involved going in person to my old bank in Durango CO, (I live in Germany by the way), wherein they made a mistake and did not quote the correct balance, meaning I did not pay the correct final amount.
