o not use this branch for service. There are other branches close by. Incompetent employees with zero communication. Waiting for a transaction and the banker gets up to get confirmation and leaves us sitting for over a half and hour with not knowing what’s going on.

This is a complaint regarding Wells Fargo at 12830 GA-9, Alpharetta GA 30004. I have been a member of Wells Fargo for over 10 years and my paychecks have been direct deposited on a regular basis for a very long time. Friday morning, September 20, 2024, I received a settlement refund check from the US Treasury.
