I'm new to the area and so far I've been inside a total of 3 times, with EXCELLENT SERVICE.
My son had an Ira at Wells Fargo. He passed away five years ago. We have been working for at least three years to liquidate this account ,we even had to hire an attorney for an account that was $5000. The estate planning office has been rude has demanded form after form and today we only got 50% of that account. They never disclosed to us that my husband had to fill out his own form. It’s a bank that has no compassion and service is nonexistent. I’m sending this as a warning. Do not work with this bank.
as someone who has experienced an online fraud losing 15K I have been amazed at the lack of customer service and help regarding my questions and lack of answers and hope to be able to actually be able to make an appointment to go over the actual events and hopefully negotiate the terms for the interest rate for repaying the fraudulent deposit and withdrawal of funds from my online banking to discuss the incident and how the funds were transferred and then claimed as 2 claims rather than just one. .It had been a nightmare exp... read more
Oh where to begin....? I walked into this branch of Wells Fargo to cash a check given to me by a car dealership in Tucson. Tellers were unable to cash the check because of some sort of feature on the dealer's account that enables them to prevent a customer from cashing the check. Why would an honest dealer be willing to hand me a check that cannot be cashed? Poor service. Horrible experience on multiple occasions. I would not trust THIS branch for any of my banking needs.
