I'm new to the area and so far I've been inside a total of 3 times, with EXCELLENT SERVICE.
My son had an Ira at Wells Fargo. He passed away five years ago. We have been working for at least three years to liquidate this account ,we even had to hire an attorney for an account that was $5000. The estate planning office has been rude has demanded form after form and today we only got 50% of that account. They never disclosed to us that my husband had to fill out his own form. It’s a bank that has no compassion and service is nonexistent. I’m sending this as a warning. Do not work with this bank.

Oh where to begin....? I walked into this branch of Wells Fargo to cash a check given to me by a car dealership in Tucson. Tellers were unable to cash the check because of some sort of feature on the dealer's account that enables them to prevent a customer from cashing the check. Why would an honest dealer be willing to hand me a check that cannot be cashed?
