Update – call back on August 12, 2026 and spoke to Kelly who was extremely helpful And answered my questions about business accounts. Every time I called to speak to somebody in the branch, they have to Transfer me to a Phone banker at their call center. What is there not to comprehend when somebody says they want to speak to a branch manager? Or that they have questions about a certain account there just wanna get more information.

I have banked with Wells-Fargo for 30 years so the teller tells me! Obviously that’s for a reason they help me get where I’m going.
I went to Wells Fargo in Roseburg wanting to open an account. I approached the only banker I saw. I was just starting to talk when she rose, picked her things and said: I am going on lunch break and have an appointment afterwards, and walked away. Just like that.. not even a sorry. A teller heard me telling my companion about my frustration, she got my name and phone number and promIsed to call me to set an appointnent with a banker. I have not heard anything.
