I called Wells Fargo this morning to see about scheduling an appointment. The next appointment for online scheduling was Sep 16th. I called Roseburg and spoke with Serena. She was able to fit me in! She was professional, courteous and genuine! Thank you Serena for your kindness and your happy energy! Serena is a whole vibe!
Nice people, but slow service
They never answer their phones. The phone does not ring in the building, no one is checking. They have zero availability for appointments.
There's never no wait and the tellers are very friendly
This bank branch gave me a counterfeit $100 bill in my cash withdrawal using the drive up teller. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO AND DO NOT EVER GET CASH AT THIS BRANCH. They will not investigate or do anything to fix this. Horrible!!! DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, DO NOT DO A CASH TRANSACTION.
