Its sad that the only bank representative available today showed zero empathy towards my elderly mom who went to ask a question about my recently decreased father's account. Instead of asking her what she needed or even giving her any condolences he quickly replied, "if you dont have an appointment I cant help you im alone and too busy". My mother just stared at him in disbelief with tears in her eyes. This was the best experience Ive had in a bank in a while—- as soon as I walked in, it was busy!! I thought to myself “im gonna be here a while”. Within minutes the Manager Diana come out and assess everyone needs waiting in the lobby, therr were at least 5 of us! Within 10 minutes she calmed an irate customer, assisted another customer that left shortly after with a smile and then she helped me, offered some options and made sure I was fully satisfied within 20 minutes.
