Its sad that the only bank representative available today showed zero empathy towards my elderly mom who went to ask a question about my recently decreased father's account. Instead of asking her what she needed or even giving her any condolences he quickly replied, "if you dont have an appointment I cant help you im alone and too busy". My mother just stared at him in disbelief with tears in her eyes.
