This review applies only to Wells Fargo, as a whole, not any particular branch. If you prefer to bank on-line, go elsewhere. WF has it fixed where it is almost impossible to get to your on-line account. If you're lucky enough for your UN and PW to be recognized, you'll have to jump through various hoops to get to your account. Apparently, WF assumes everyone has a mobile phone, so they can "text" you some sort of code. If your UN and PW are not recognized, you'll need to re-set them. Good luck with that. Everyone at this branch is always so nice and helpful. I had a bad experience over the phone with customer service (which I didn’t tell them about at the branch) Felicia the branch manager is so caring and completely restored my attitude towards the company as a whole without even knowing there was a problem to begin with.
If I could give it no stars, I would. The policies and procedures within this entire financial institution are flawed. Nobody is on the same sheet of music. What the phone center says and what actually happens in the bank are completely different. Stay far away from Wells Fargo. Every time I deal with this institution I have nothing but problems. I can't wait until I can refinance put of this worthless banking institution.
The tellers her are great and the bank has never given me any issues.
