Good customer service makes a huge difference. People need to learn this. I recently visited the local Wells Fargo branch in Asheboro North Carolina. We were trying to open an account. Even though it seemed like the teller Lia was answering most of the questions I had she was very rude. Acted judgemental, like I was wasting her time. Maybe somebody was having a bad day today. I wired $4500 to a relative. Unfortunately, he had problems with his account I was unaware of so they froze the account. This went on for months. I contacted my bank to inquire. Wells Fargo closed the account and neither of us received the money. In other words they stole $4500 from me. I will never use Wells Fargo for anything.
