My uncle had an appointment I made for him since you can’t even open an account without an appointment. He was skipped by a customer that arrived there after him because they told him they couldn’t find his appointment. Meanwhile we confirmed the appointment through text.
There are several issues with this branch. From arriving at the bank, it was raining and the front of the building is submerged in water as the gutters push all of the water to the entryway of the building. Upon entering, there was no customer waiting but when I had an issue and needed a dba name added to my account the representative told me he could not assist me and I needed to make an appointment. WellsFargo’s costumer service has progressively become trash. I bought foreign currency from this branch and when the currency didn’t come in on time, the branch personnel said they had just gotten a notice that currency was running behind, but didn’t offer to help us cancel the order, just told us to call their corporate #. It took us +4 hours to talk to someone on the corporate #, just to have them say the branch should have canceled it.
