I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 20 years. I have never experienced experienced a problem with the bankers however, rhe branch manager is not helpful or accommodating at all. Twice I went into the branch to get one document notarized and was told that I would need to wait u til a notary was available. There were 5 people ahead of me.
