Then get denied when I’m trying to deposit a tax refund check because my husband isn’t on the account (even tho it was okay to deposit our other refund check two months ago). Denied a successful deposit even if I called him to come in to endorse it. They try to get me to open a joint bank account. Offered no other solutions.
