I guess having a wellsfargo auto loan the branch doesn’t consider you a customer without a checking! 🤔 they wouldn’t notarize my documents or talk to me. I said but I have a $50k auto loan with you guys sorry wrong kind of customer I guess
Really aggravating how this location's ATM isn't covered when it rains. Also it always seems understaffed. I walked in to talk to a banker, and was ignored as they looked right at me then walked to the back. A polite, "We'll be with you shortly" would have made a world of difference.
I switched to Wells Fargo a while back and this is my main bank. Everyone is courteous and helpful when I need to do any business inside.

Worst banking experience EVER! The management team at this bank lied and misrepresented the truth. I will continue to escalate my concerns to the corporate team. Ashley Dofflemyer, the Branch Mgr, lied on three occasions!
