Just another big Bank that cares more about the bottom line then it does for customer service.
The front desk staff is jarringly rude. The bankers themselves are extremely nice but yeesh.

I working in Conshohocken and well Fargo this location really close to me, last night I found out something wrong with my transaction so I come to this location and NICK BALDINI help me thru all that problem as you knew as Asian and English my second language it’s really hard to me. My family and I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years, but this particular branch is an absolute disgrace to the name. Every time I come in, I’m met with nothing but attitude and rudeness from the employees. It’s like asking them to do their job is some huge inconvenience.
