Best Wells Fargo location I’ve ever been. So sad to see it go. 😩 The manager has been here for years and whenever people would be standing in line he would greet them. He is very professional and does want customers to wait if there was something he could help them with so even when there was a line it would move fairly quick. The counter is always well staffed with tellers who are also very professional and exceptionally courteous. Wells Fargo no longer accepts money deposits from non account holders to put money into an account holder's account even with the account number and other things. My Mom visited out of state and I asked her to put some money into my account at the local branch near her and they wouldn't accept it. They offered her to deposit by personal check or money order.
Very disappointed with the service when I tried to bring my business banking to Wells Fargo. I was met with uneducated answers from the banker and rude responses from the senior banker in the branch. The branch manager was unfortunately was out of the office today, but normally is pleasant to deal with.
