UPDATE (post response from Wells Fargo): I'm not spending any more time on this. ORIGINAL: Service is bad. Never answers the phone. Ever. If you call the local branch, you are transferred to an automated system. A waste of time.

So we have a commercial account with Wells Fargo and each time that I have gone in the last week to deposit my commercial checks, the two gentlemen that have waited on me every time at the drive-thru window in the commercial line have been so incredibly rude. Don't even say hello how are you they just open up the little slider window I put my money in there they close it I wait 15-20 minutes, which is utterly ridiculous when there's nobody else in any of the drive-thru lines, then the bank teller opens the sliding door doesn... read more
