UPDATE (post response from Wells Fargo): I'm not spending any more time on this. ORIGINAL: Service is bad. Never answers the phone. Ever. If you call the local branch, you are transferred to an automated system. A waste of time.

So we have a commercial account with Wells Fargo and each time that I have gone in the last week to deposit my commercial checks, the two gentlemen that have waited on me every time at the drive-thru window in the commercial line have been so incredibly rude. Changed names on small business account and other changes. Very easy to set up appointments online as well as calls and such. Very pleasant people. Thank you.
My boss gave me a check written on wells fargo. They tried to charge me $7.50 to cash it because i dont have an account there. I called my boss and told him if he is going to use this bank for payroll i quit and so did the rest of the crew. He had to close his account to keep his employees. GREED!!
