Branch manager refused to stand up or help me. I walked in at 4:17 needing to separate a joint account and she refused to help. Instead had an employee tell me she was busy, meanwhile I watched her sit on her phone. When I said is she refusing to help bc she just wants to leave at 5 he just smiled. I have 4 Wells Fargo accounts all which will be closed tomorrow.
I have been a Wells Fargo client since 2002, but a new mother since 2024. I walked into the branch with plenty of questions on how to begin an account for my one year old that would benefit him with college or a start to financial freedom. When I entered the branch, the lines seemed long and intimidating but they moved faster than I could believe. Each teller greeted you with a smile or a hello, even while in line!!!!!
