Terrific Big Box Banking Wells Fargo has responsive and empowered customer service. Sometimes they even remember my name, which is great for a big box bank. Their rates are terrific - I have absolutely free checking with free checks, and fees are reasonable. They have many ATM locations and some of the best online services in the business.
