When at Willow Grove Mall yesterday, my son, his friend and I were going up the escalator from the 1st to the 2nd floor. My son's friend's shoe got caught in and stuck in the escalator. Luckily it was a slip on shoe so he was able to pull his foot out quickly. I immediately went into the GameStop store and told an associate what happened and asked him to call mall security. Parking can be a little crazy during the holidays, but all malls are like that. The parking garage is extremely helpful though- and you won't spend too long out in the cold. A decent variety of stores, and overall good security and a nice clean mall. During the holiday time the mall offers Santa as well as lets in a Jewish community group to offer a Hanukkah celebration. I always have a great experience here. It's clean, and all the stores are set up so nice. The sales people at most of the stores are fantastic. Only had one issue but it was a specific store so I let it roll. Always happy here.
During my most recent visit to the Willow Grove Park Mall there was a woman screaming profanities over her phone for 10 minutes. I could hear her from about 30-40 feet away. I chatted with several other customers about the screaming woman while my family shopped. We all enjoyed the show and it made me want to return to the WGPM for future performance art installments.

3 level mall with your typical food court and a Cheese Cake Factory attached. JC Penny is now closed. So you have a Macy's, Sears and Primark as the anchors. Lots of other stores and restaurants near by. Plenty of parking is available.
Takes an hour to get mediocre over priced for. First and last time for this chain.
It's got everything I need! I always go shopping there!
