Horrible bank, they should be investigated for unethical business practices. They would not cash my payroll check, I had valid state issued identification, but for some reason, they said it's not enough. I offered to put my thumb print, or even my whole hand print if they want. And they didn't tell me they can't do it until after I already signed it. Very shady and dishonest tellers.
Not friendly towards corporate customer at drive-through! I’ve gone through to crash a petty cash check, and was told that in the future, I must come inside. Makes no sense when individuals can cash a check at the drive-through.
Bad service!! I had an appointment to apply for a credit card and when the day and time arrived, they did not attend to me!! In short, I lost my afternoon of work!! They should improve how to solve these types of situations. If an executive misses his work day, they should have the professionalism to notify or assign it to another customer service executive!!
