Horrible location They could not assist me with depositing a check into my Wells Fargo account I Tried to do it on the app and it told me to come in to a location The woman up front told me she cannot deposit my check! I went to another location and they kindly helped me deposit my check into my Wells Fargo account with no hiccups! Not sure if it was discrimination but don’t waste your time coming here !!!
Consistently excellent service at this branch. All the tellers are friendly and helpful. The minute you walk in they let you know you will be taken care of soon. I didn't have an appointment, yet Noah was able to help me with a couple of things. He went above and beyond to figure out what needed to be done. Very impressive and professional
Branch manager said the entire deposit would be available next day. Deposit slip verifies. Nope. 7 day hold. The maximum even though deposit check made on Fortune 500 company. Brutal!
Total shame! I was the only customer standing for service, and the bank was empty. There were 3 tellers, and another guy was in a different bank area. After a good while, I left without receiving service! Two of them were talking and one of them busy doing something and they didn’t offer service.
