Despite being told that they would open an account with the SIM card receipt, they did not do so. The manager and staff did not help at all, but rather created problems.
Very Disappointed with Wells Fargo Branch Experience I came to open a new account for my minor daughter and arrived around 4:05 PM. After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes, a bank employee finally approached us and said there was only one person available to help with new accounts — but she was busy with another customer. She also mentioned that opening a new account could take 45 minutes to an hour and they didn’t know when the banker would be available. Terrible Manager and terrible service
If I could also give this 0 stars, I would. The teller who came to the window in the commercial line (I was bringing the deposit for my job) opened the “drawer” that you put the bag in and damaged my side view mirror. He acknowledged it and apologized for it which I appreciate. However, when I pulled out of the line and checked for damage, he scuffed the white on the outside of my mirror.
