Terrible Manager and terrible service
If I could also give this 0 stars, I would. The teller who came to the window in the commercial line (I was bringing the deposit for my job) opened the “drawer” that you put the bag in and damaged my side view mirror. He acknowledged it and apologized for it which I appreciate. However, when I pulled out of the line and checked for damage, he scuffed the white on the outside of my mirror. Wells Fargo: The Definition of Incompetence and Deception If I could give Wells Fargo negative stars, I would. This bank operates with zero transparency, misleading policies, and abysmal customer service. My experience proves that they are either intentionally deceptive or completely incompetent neither of which are acceptable for a financial institution.
