The branch has been encouraging its customers to conduct routine banking through its ATM. Fine. I went to the branch after hours, I deposited a check for more than $5,000 through the ATM this past week. The machine malfunctioned and ate my check. The next morning, before I had to be at my office at 9:00 AM, I went to the brach at about 8:45. The door was locked, but bank staff were milling around inside. This has to be the worst bank in FH. Went to make a cash deposit, both atm's do not accept cash and the lobby is closed. Time to switch banks after 22 years. the last minth this has happened at least ten times with no cash in the machines, etc. and they are brand new lol. The only bank in the world where you can not make a deposit.
