Customer service at this location is very good.
Extremely slow service. Tellers and customer service reps just sit there and chit chat amongst themselves. No real urgency to help customers.
The tellers, manager and person helping me set up my new account were awesome, I felt like I was back home in a small town and everyone made you feel that way! Very helpful and would resommend them to everyone
Extremely frustrating experience. I went into this Wells Fargo branch simply to deposit a check. I asked for a deposit slip and was told instead to write the account number on the back of the check. While I was doing that, the teller told me to move aside so she could help other customers. When I came back, she then told me I needed to write the company name on the back, even though the company name was already on the check. After I did that, she told me to write the company name AGAIN underneath my endorsed signature. Af... read more
