It's surprising to see not having ordinary templates just for notary services. I would recommend making an appointment at a regular branch. One would think they would help further in printing one out, but my pretty much received a cold shoulder when I couldn't do anything even though other local notaries have. Definitely thinking about switching banks after this. The key is customer service for this type of thing.
I had a really disappointing experience here. The employees seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing — it felt like they hadn’t been properly trained. When I asked for help with my deposit, no one was willing to assist or even try to figure it out. I left feeling frustrated and unhelped. Definitely not the kind of customer service you’d expect

The customer service was the amazing. Everyone I spoke with and and helped us out, made it a pleasant experience. Very happy customers.
