I like to here. It's close to home, the tellers are very polite and respectful.
If the customer needs an appointment with the Banker, it would be helpful if that information was told to them and not just casually say “come back and we can scan your document”. And oh by the way, there’s no appointments available with the Banker today. Two ladies there not helping any one at the moment but I have to wait for a Banker so have to come back some other day.
The hispanic guy with the female outfit and with dyed hair in blonde on is rude!!!!!
