I just want to thank Danny and Braxton (sorry if I got the names wrong) for helping me today with an account issue, that the customer service phone reps refused to work with me on. It really meant a lot to me that they were empathetic to my position, and went above and beyond to help me and retain me as a customer. Thanks again for your help today guys!
Wells Fargo has to be the worst bank. There is no public restroom for you to use at the branch where I bank. I can understand not letting anybody use it, but I'm a client. Will be canceling all my accounts ASAP.
