The potholes are so bad they could break your car!
How hard is it to get your atms working in 2025??? As a millennial this is all we use and when it’s down for weeks on end or out of money we go elsewhere. Embarrassing for a Rogers business for sure.
ATM HAS BEEN DOWN FOR SEVERAL DAYS. I work long shifts that don’t align with business hours and I can’t even deposit a measly $20 to keep my checking account comfortable... honestly- You people should be ashamed of yourselves for not giving a crap about your customers or updating your holiday hours on Google. It shows that you don’t care and I will be switching banks in the next business week.
This place and the management that work here are not very helpful. To check to see if a money order has been cashed I have to make an appointment, which further delays my day. Now, I have to wait for a whole week just to see if a money order has been cashed!!!??? Do better and take better care of your customer so they don't have to sit and wait for answer or find answers for themselves. Terrible bank !! Never had such a terrible experience this bad !!
