Horrendous all the way around. Showed up to the bank at 1:30 to make a bank account for our son, 6. It took 45 minutes before anyone was available to even see us to get the account made because their banker was on lunch. Bad customer service, I was sitting there half an hour and nobody offered me help like I was invisible. The manager over there careless and lazy and she would do anything not to come inside Wells Fargo again.
