Lack of competent, available staff
I came in for help with some of my cards and the banker was very helpful. I did have to wait for about 20 minutes but I didn't have an appointment so I guess that's understandable.
I had an issue w/WF randomly putting a 9 day hold on a Cashier's Check from my Chase account that I was closing. Instead of helping, the Asian girl that answered the phone cut me off abruptly and made up a RANDOM LIE about just how a few weeks ago, even a branch manager isn't able to help w/holds! She literally made that up as she was talking b/c she didn't feel like helping or offering any solutions.
