Best place to do business
Staff is very friendly which is why they have 3 stars. However, their ridiculous period of getting rid of tellers and having the bankers be tellers as well is absurd, their hours are terrible, and their atm never works.

These bankers should be trained to assist people with more training and customer service quality. They denied me my own funds because I had an Oregon ID and now Reside in Pennsylvania. I provided my account number, my Wells Fargo app, my debit card has been mailed to my address in PA so I thought they could help. They screamed at me and said they had to verify me claiming my ID didn't match their booklet. I told them it's a real ID. We can contact Oregon DMV and we can look it up with the PD or Google. They denied me service... read more
